VORTICE VARIO
Surface-mounted range for wall or glass applications. Manual and automatic options, reversible variants and an extensive accessory ecosystem support different installation conditions.
The VORTICE VARIO family brings surface-mounted and recessed ventilation into one coherent product story. VARIO is a flexible axial fan range for wall, window and accessory-assisted installations, while VARIO I interprets the same concept for flush mounting. Reversible variants, automatic closing shutters and Long Life versions allow the range to be configured for demanding daily ventilation duties.

Standard VORTICE VARIO products are axial fans designed for wall or glass installation. The manufacturer catalogue includes manual and automatic, unidirectional and reversible versions. Optional accessories broaden installation possibilities to windows, walls, false ceilings and other special applications.
VORTICE VARIO I addresses recessed installation. Much of the fan body sits within the wall, leaving a more integrated front appearance in the room. The range combines reversible operation, automatic closing shutters and bearing-motor versions for extract and fresh-air supply scenarios.
Both families share a common engineering approach that includes ABS construction, thermally protected motors, axial impeller geometry developed for performance with controlled noise, and compatibility with optional timers and environmental sensors. The catalogues state IMQ certification for performance and safety and an IPX4 protection rating.
The technical core is related, but the body arrangement and installation method are clearly different.

Range developed for recessed wall installation. Reversible operation and automatic closing shutters make it suited to projects where a more integrated architectural appearance is preferred.
The official catalogue presentations make the key installation difference between VARIO and VARIO I immediately visible.

VARIO's surface-mounted body can be adapted to different surfaces and applications through accessories. VARIO I moves the fan body into the wall for a more recessed installation. This distinction becomes especially useful in refurbishment, window applications, bathroom ventilation and interiors where the amount of visible equipment should be reduced.
Fast integration on existing wall/window surfaces with broad flexibility through accessories.
A more integrated front appearance with a flush-mounted casing for architecture-led applications.
Both catalogues provide dedicated dimensional tables and performance curves. Nominal size, mounting opening, airflow, sound and reversible direction should be evaluated together for project selection.

Separate manufacturer catalogues for VARIO and VARIO I include technical data, dimensions, performance curves, controls and accessories.
