What does 120°C continuous mean?
The fan is designed to transport air at up to 120°C continuously within its stated operating limits. This is relevant to process exhaust and continuous hot-air applications.
What does F400 mean?
F400 does not define the normal operating temperature. It identifies emergency smoke-extraction capability at a high temperature for a limited period during a fire.
A fan may have both capabilities
Some fan families can handle elevated temperatures in normal operation and also carry a smoke-extraction certification. One capability does not automatically imply the other.
How should a project be selected?
Normal air temperature, emergency scenario, certification requirement, installation arrangement and duty point should all be evaluated together.
Let us select the right product for the project.
Compare the technical guidance with the product pages, then share airflow, pressure and application details so we can continue with selection and quotation.
